Cancellation Policy

Cancellations Made More Than Seven (7) Days Prior to the Event Date Client is eligible for a full refund of fees paid to the Company. Refunds for any vendor or third‑party services are not guaranteed and will be issued only in accordance with the vendor’s own policies. Cancellations Made Within Seven (7) Days of the Event Date Event planning fees will be refunded MINUS DEPOSIT. This is to cover for the event planners coordination work. The full invoice amount for services is due and payable seven (7) days before the event date, regardless of cancellation. Vendor Payments Vendor fees may be non‑refundable, and the Client remains responsible for any such charges.
